Try drop-in sauna and steam when it fits into your schedule. Our boutique spa offers adult-only unisex saunas and a steam room at your convenience. Let the heat of our saunas and steam room melt your stress away, create stillness and have you going back into the world feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
Book a massage and get the full relaxation experience. With every massage you get complimentary sauna and steam. Customize your massage with a choice of aromatherapy and finish off with a flight of cold kombucha served on tap at our Remedy bar.

Sauna & Steam
We offer relaxation within your city at an affordable price and convenient location. Don’t have to leave town to relax. Just drop-in or book online!
Massage
Our therapist are all trained, certified & experienced. They will guide you through the relaxation process. Starting with the type of massage that’s right for your mental & physical needs.
Remedy Bar
Serving up local kombucha on tap. Bring your water bottle or tumbler to fill so we can do our part to save the environment and you can save money at the same time! Bring your growlers if you want to take some to go.
Private Events
Hosting an event or looking for a space for a special occasion? Maybe you just want to do a group booking for a club or work gathering. Our spa can be booked exclusively. Our packages range in price depending on the duration & services added. Celebrating a milestone or looking to do an engagement or bachelorette party? You can now add a Champagne service to toast your celebration. Contact us now to find out more!
Plan your event
First time in?
Our saunas and steam room are unisex so we do require that you wear a bathing suit. We recommend wearing clean non-slip footwear such as water shoes (especially if you are using the steam room). Footwear is not provided.
We provide lockers as an option for you to safely store your items. However, we do not provide locks. We suggest you bring a lock if you are wanting to lock up your items. If you forget, we do sell locks at reception.
Sauna towels are provided as they are required under your bum in our saunas. However, we are trying to be as environmentally responsible as possible so we do limit to Max. 2 towels per person. If you think you will require more please bring additional towels.
We don’t Shhh you at our spa. However, we do ask that you use spa voices as massages are being performed. We don’t mind if you take photos at the spa but please be mindful that others are not in your shot!
